PVF funds programmes supporting the disabled people in their efforts to become self-reliant and/or strengthening the capacity of families and communities to cover their basic needs.

PVF does not fund the distribution of food or non-food relief items or the delivery of social services, if these are not complemented by activities promoting the social and economic inclusion of disabled people.
